At Blissful Blues, we take pride in creating high-quality products. Because we are a small business, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available in the following cases:

  • Damaged Items – If your item arrives damaged, you may request a refund.
  • Incorrect Items – If you receive the wrong item, we will replace it or issue a refund.

We do not accept refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind or ordering the wrong size (please check our size guide before purchasing).
  • Slight variations in embroidery or color due to differences in production.
  • Lost or stolen packages (please contact the shipping provider for assistance, if you have any issues we will do our best to assist).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  1. Email us at blissfulbluesbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  2. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
  3. If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order.
